Last month I painted 10 Votann Hearthkyn for the Call to Arms. So this month I better go and paint some more, total goal is 30 for the Call to Arms, only 20 to go... And it just so happens that I can share the second Terminator squad member - the Brother-Sergeant: Spoiler Now I have 2 of the new guys and they are great models! Haven’t painted any of my Cantorellian 23rd in a bit, had a goodly amount of fun with them! more shots in the spoiler Really happy with the gunner tbph! Six different kits involved plus a base I cut out of a cardboard coaster. Purity deal isn’t my best work but done is better than perfect. I know they are baseless but I intend on doing all the marines from Leviathan at once with bases to try to speed up the process. At least the transfers worked for the most part (despite being a little crooked). I have taken @Majkhel on the Chapter symbol, cutting down an Ultramarine Agemmo to be a crescent moon with the sword from the Dark Angel transfer striking into it. Just struggling to get them to sit neatly where I need. Just struggling to get them to sit neatly where I need. I find when applying transfers over transfers it is better to first seal the lower transfer with a thin layer of gloss varnish. It is protected and stays put in this manner when applying the second transfer. (Or the third etc). Just make sure to use thinned varnish to prevent too thick layers. Nice looking marines!!!!
