Wh40k 10th Edition Adeptus Custodes Index

Allies are not currently a thing in 10th ed 40k aside from the following:

 

Imperial Agents (Inquisition and various wierdos) and Imperium armies

Solitary Imperial Knights (or a trio of Armigers) and Imperium armies

GSC and brood brother IG units 

Chaos daemons and various Chaos armies

Aeldari and Drukari via Ynarri shenanigans (Harlequins are merged with Aeldari but still sort of separate/allies)

There's no Imperial Soup available in armies unless you lean on Imperial Agents.

 

Could probably make it work in a casual game though.  Like playing two individual 1k armies at the same time.
