This is correct.

 

So if your Infamy was 23, it would then be 28.

 

If your Infamy doesn't hit 85 by the end of *this* game, you get turned into a spawn. People who live dangerously take note...dun-dun-duuuun.

@Lysimachus for clarity, what are the big yellow blocks on the map?  Do they interfere with LOS?

 

Also, when it comes to the enemies' turns, if any of them fire at me, the camo cloak gives a -30 to BS attacks against me if I'm stationary.

Hiya, sorry, should have clarified, the yellow shapes are the industrial loaders described in my previous post, sort of like the Galvanic Servohaulers from the terrain sets but maybe a bit bigger? They should be big enough to provide LoS blocking.

 

And yep, I'd say 18m would put Atesh at the back of the right hand loader?

 

Just a thread more housekeeping, miene kinder, more for our new Players (since no-one else listens to me around any more) if you're doing OOC replies inside the IC, please just bop your post in green, with the prefix of OOC, thusly:

The reason for this is we had a chap who used a screen reader (he was blind) and this forms an accessibility point for audience members like him. The green is just because it jumps out, and the GM/GD knows you're being...inquisitive.

 

Just for clarity - you've done nowt wrong, just these are our conventions for smoother gameplay for  me  you all. Yes.

Magnitude damage its under Hordes in the Index. P 349

 

You don't need to worry about Mag Damage it's a GM thing.

 

You just roll your Damage and @Lysimachus works out the Mag Damage.

Yep, as MG says, Hordes don't have Wounds, they have Magnitude. Against a Horde, it matters less about getting high Dam Hits and more about getting as many Hits as you can. Shooting a lascannon at a Horde will almost definitely do Damage, but it's still only 1 Hit, so can only do 1 Mag Dam.

 

Just saying, that's why you might want to consider Pushing a Doombolt? Not only does it increase the strength of each Hit, it also increases the max number of Hits you can inflict. At Unfettered, 3 is the max, but as you can Push up to +5 Psy Rating, it could theoretically be up to 8 Hits?

 

Obviously, yes, it's a risk of Phenomena/Perils, but it might be worth considering, especially now Mob 2 has done a runner and Arbites 2 and the Proctor are free?

Indeed I do. (I can't remember who came up with the idea, or in which game, but we all agreed it added a bit more of a feeling of 'peril' to Perils, and that's how we've done it ever since!) :laugh:

Okay I recognize that the weapons jam on the enemies was a good thing, and that was written beautifully Lysimachus.

 

BUT WHEN DO I GET MY FEATHERS AND EXTRA EYE THAT ONLY SEE SHADES OF PURPLE AND ORANGE?!  Or tentacle with sharp teeth embedded in the suckers like a colossal squid?

Hmm, looking through your records now, sir, I have to advise you that when you enlisted, you decided to take the 'Economy' plan and therefore don't have access to those upgraded modules without further significant investment.

 

I mean, we could upgrade you...but that would require escalating directly to the 'Premium' experience, and other in-app purchases may be required for the full set of accoutrements.
