Haven't had the chance to use them yet, but they look good on paper for Renegade Raiders. Just wish we would get new models for them. Probably equip the champ with a power first and then one of the bikers with either a combi weapon, flamer or plasma gun.

I've used them in every game I've played since the Codex came out, mostly, as Guardian 31 noted, with Renegade Raiders. 

 

In earlier editions they had more punch because you could give the squad more models and 3 special weapons. Now they make for a fine sneaky, fast, support unit that does actions and caps objectives.

 

I've found they work better the less aggressively I use them. So my Bikers usually spend the early and middle part of the game doing actions on my side of the board and sneaking around. Then by late game they pounce on an enemy (hopefully with the support of other units).

 

I've found when I race them towards the foe to engage in melee, Chaos Bikers no longer do very well. The job of Vanguard melee unit is now better done by daemon engines, Chosen in Rhinos, etc.

People don't take Bikers to kill things. People take Bikers because they are cheap and fast. Raiders is clearly intended to be used with Bikers.

 

That being said, it is worth considering them in Pactbound as they are one of the few units with Icons. Undivided and Slaanesh are good. I've tried Tzeentch Bikers with Skinshift, but I've found I'd rather spend the CP on other strats.
