This almost literally mirrors a (very tongue-in-cheek) rules-lite style of playing D&D that a friend and I came up with a few years ago which we called "Goblin Adventures," wherein a player or multiple players would take on the role of one or more titular goblins in a fairly generic fantasy setting. Obstacles and objectives might include: acquire the chickens, hunt the barn cat, find a bigger knife, hide from the dog, betray the clan chief, protect the treasure in this dank and smelly dungeon, do what the big hobgoblin says, or else, etc.

The Register is still open, as things are still in the planning stage.

 

No experience needed, help will be provided if needed. In fact one version of this idea is geared for new players, so nice to see interest from potential new players.

In other news, I used Lord Ikka's tried and true Randomiser, as I couldn't decide on a character concept between Scorpion (Azadth but squishy), Banshee (Azadth but female), or Warp Spider (Azadth). To my surprise, I got a Warlock.

Only just spotted the edit. If memory serves to be a Warlock* an Eldar has to have trodden at least one path of the Warrior before starting the path of the Warlock as they need the Aspect training/mentality to don a Warmask. Otherwise the combat psychic powers and their use  could be a problem for them.     

 

*As opposed to any of the more civilian psychic related jobs/paths.

I think I need to work out the gender before I pick an aspect, so with Lord_Ikka's Fate Forteller^TM and a bit of rejigging:

So we've got a psychic girl that likes fast cars and wild speed, with a preference for riding to war in the hold of a battle tank in the company of hot, heavy-armour sporting intense dudes, all carrying a melta-torch for her, charging at the most dangerous SOB on the battlefield, and nuking it whilst thinking all manner of alien calumny at it, and laughing all the while whilst punching the hull and shouting:

 

'Scream if you wanna go faster, boy!'

 

This is my third ex-wife.

 

God help us all.
