Magos Arkhan Land simply returned from the Libraris Omnis with a near complete dataslab capture of an highly advanced, heavily armoured battle tank. I had found it funny to think that the Raider had evolved and so didn't crawl anymore. I guess the fluff just stuck in my mind.
