I just looked those up and there seems to be quite a few better heads. I see four different ones in the picture I found and I like them all more than the coneheads. Thanks for letting me know about that, it means this is a 10/10 for me.

I have been looking at the models over and over, and I have to say I couldn't be happier. While I would love some specialized terminators in the future, that doesn't take away from how much I love everything we are getting. I love the lighter looking armor on the legionnaires. I love the heaviness of the noise marines. I love the lords and the blade boys. If I had to complain, I don't LOVE the heads on the blade boys. But that is so easy to switch out that it really isn't a complaint, since it appears the other kits will have lots of extra heads. This is the first time where I don't care as much about the rules because I can be happy with these models for the next few editions. I finally get "rules change but models are eternal."

If we get Emperor's Children special marines, Noise Marines as their own thing, and a unique melee unit alongside Fulgrim and Lucius and a couple generic characters I will honestly be happy. While I would love special Termies and Sonic Dreads, I don't want to be greedy.

Maybe we can get Knight Household Guard for the Imperial Knights finally?

Hello all, I wanted some advice. I am terrible at math, and was trying to figure out how to update 40k measurements for shooting and movement to work with the adeptus titanicus knights. I am planning to make a set of 3000 point knights armies using the mini-knights and a small compact table. I would keep everything the same for 10th, but would just shrink the measurements for movement and range down, as well as the table size. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I saw people saying to just use CM instead of inches. I also tried to do the math of 28mm to 6mm, but they came out weird. What do you think is best?

So Corsairs are battleline. With keywords not busting everything up like in 9th, maybe they will be useful as troops. Edit: they can use transports, right?

Hello all, I left the hobby at the end of 8th, with Covid and then 9th not being my thing. I sold off all my stuff and now want to get back into it with 10th. I am struggling to decide on my first project to return with, as there are so many cool options. How do you conquer the choice paralysis? What do you use for inspiration? What helps you take the plunge and execute a project?

I was thinking for my three squads of regular crisis equipping them with a burst cannon, Cyclic Ion Blaster, and Shield Generator. For the bodyguards I would do Missile Pod, Plasma Rifle, and Shield Generator. I plan to run them as Farsight Enclaves, so Farsight, a Commander, and a Fireblade for HQ. Then 3 Breacher Teams for Troops. What do you think?

I really like Crisis Suits, and Farsight. BattleScribe doesn’t yell at me when I do 3x Crisis Squads and 3x Crisis Bodyguard Squads. Is this accurate? What is the best way to build a list around Crisis Squads, and to equip them?

Ive already chosen my legion, Space Wolves. How much should I invest into rhinos? Im coming from a more bodies mentality, I was thinking of just getting rhinos to deliver my support squads.

You'll need to check what kind of loadout you want, but they've split out Grey Slayers into two datasheets, Grey Slayers and Grey Stalkers. If you're thinking bolter/bolt pistol/chainsword loadout, that'll be the Grey Stalkers now, the Grey Slayers base loadout is the axe and combat shield. Ah, thank you for the heads up on that! Grey Stalkers it is then.

Ah so I should wait for the new ones then. I was looking at the old Pale Hunters or Pride of the Legion. But I should wait.

I figured I would start a thread with my questions before the box comes out. I was planning to convert the 40 tacticals from the box into Grey Slayers, and the terminators into Varagyr. Do you think this is the best option for the box for Space Wolves? I was also thinking I might actually convert 10 tacticals into Deathsworn.

To answer the original question, yeah. The Space Wolves legion article and new how to paint video made mechanicus standard grey the base, which is my favorite paint. It is such a pleasing color to me. It brought me around. I really need to read the books.

Today in Titanicus I built and painted two Warhounds, and built and primed a Reaver, and Primed three Questoris. I will get some pictures and a thread up soon.

I followed your guys advise, I plan to get the starter set whenever it becomes available in the States. I got a Reaver for cheap on Ebay, so that will give me some Maniple options.

Ah, so I maybe shouldn't do Ember Wolves if I want to run the Iconoclast then. I love the Warhound, but don't want to be fully locked into it.

I initially chose Ember Wolves because Warhounds are my favorite titans, I love their design! I really like the Iconoclast as well, but couldn't find much info on how they fit into AT.

Hey all, I'm pushing the local scene to get into AT, as we have a bunch of people who have stuff and don't yet play. I love Warhounds and Knights, so want to focus on Ember Wolves. I recently bought a box of Warhounds, Knights, two boxes of terrain, and the rule starter box with gauges and everything. I was thinking I should get another box of Warhounds to get me to 1000 points to start. Should I do my Knights as a separate entity and build a Knight house? Any advice on weapon load outs and purchases will be appreciated.
