It is indeed, was using a disc blade like some flesh tearer. That is till my missus told me it had another attachment(its her dads on borrow). She went off came back with the 'chainsword' attachment and I laid waste to the heretical hedge,  bringing the Emperors light to the garden.

When you feel really guilty about choosing the warlock(witch) in destiny. Temptation to play as the OG space wizard overcame my guiltless however.

I tend to play magic users in various other games from time to time. Just make sure you continue to apply the proper amount of zeal and fury. Fire helps. (I blame other games for making melee combat boring)

Also crusading as penance helps atone for ones wayward ways.

Actually now you mention it, I almost always play pure stealth/archer type characters in everything - even games where you aren't supposed to :P

Fable for example - I did playthroughs of all of them where I entirely avoided swinging a sword for anything other than quest-essentials. Many of my Skyrim characters took pride in never wielding a blade over an arrow in the dark. I shall enact penance by creating a true crusader in my next game :P

... When even in games that require Stealth and subtlety you would eschew it and just head to the enemy's general direction and wreck them.

... when you thought that Grimaldus is a good name for a Corgi + Pomeranian puppy (or Helbrecht)

... when you root for the Templars in Assassin's Creed 1

Not the only one to think of 40k names for pets. After my possible trip to New Zealand next year I'll be possibly be getting a black lab, naming him Grimaldus, or grimmy for short.

oh....when the first thing you notice about that country's name is the  zeal'and in the name.

To become the best "witch killing machine" ( read Black Templar ) you must know the "witch", I admire your dedication, just ensure you keep the Chaplains informed of your endeavours.

Yep, guilty of this one about a hundred times over.

Hmm, maybe I'm just contrary? All those games where stealth/ranged is merely optional and often harder, I love it. Then games like splinter cell where it is near enough essential, I take every opportunity to 'go loud' and cause absolute pandemonium... I think that the rule is: if there is a rule, break it, then break the enemy. :D

When you convince a friend to leave his Mantis Warriors as they are and go out and buy a LRC to go with his only other Black Templar unit, a Thunder Hammer/Storm Shield squad and then convince him to use his other unbuilt tactical marines as a Crusader Squad and then to buy a Chaplain to lead them. :biggrin.:

When you decide that you you will take a break from one of your 50 stealth/archer/illusionist and grab a Breton( absorbs magic) name him after your marshal and grab some heavy armor and a sword and a shield and go out and kill heretics. I have gone to jail 5 times because of killing witches in the holds. I can't figure our if I should join the empire or storm cloaks storm cloaks don't like magic while the empire has the emperor
Ahaha, nice! Empire for the win in this case: they might like witches but so do many chapters; we stand alone following the true path ;) Just remember to only tolerate when you must, and should the opportunity arise for them to suffer an 'accident' then go for it :D

I've done the same thing often. Except I go for an Artificier build (Enchanting), so I can get super awesome equipment (and name it! Say, for example, the Black Sword?)

Also: Empire. They don't openly use mages in the Legion. :biggrin.:

Let's see... The Empire of Cyrodiil bent the knee to the Aldmeri Dominion (composed solely of filthy non-humans and their slaves) to avoid annihilation and lets the Thalmor walk all over them... The Stormcloaks are supremacist religious fanatics. That said, Tullius plans to fight the Dominion back as soon as they break the ceasefire while Ulfric will welcome the Dragonborn willing to fight for him after proving his sincerity regardless of his race.

Also, Nords are hypocrites in that they despise magic yet get funny feelings in their fur pants any time they're handed an enchanted weapon.

Talos is a human who became a god. The Emperor is an ultra badass human who became a god.

Pick the Stormcloaks. :laugh.:

When Playing Mount & Blade You side with the Kingdom of Swadia. Your Group consists of no more, and no less than 100 Swadian Knights. And You Ride into battle Wearing a Full Chain with Black Tabbard that has your personal Helraldry on it and think "this is my new crusade badge"......

Does the Banner explicitly only work on Dark Angels? Ally it in...

Ally in those witch-lovin' traitorous xeno-huggin' backstabbing scum of Battle Brothers? I thought a Sister should know better! :furious:

I don't think I need to say anything more...

Ever heard of legal entrapment? I can totally see sisters of battle doing it. :laugh.:

+ THERE'S NO ENTRAPMENT, LEGAL OR NOT, THAT I CANNOT CARVE MYSELF OUT OF WITH MY FAITHFUL CHAINSWORD, BROTHER +

...a fortune-teller reveals your future and you murder the hell out of her for spoiling you, being a witch.

You went to a fortune teller? Surely, the only reason to go to a witch is to kill it? Not to listen to it's crazed, warp tainted lies.

Go see a Chaplain at once.
