Here's my little Thunderhawk for the Epic game system: T-Hawk. Now all that's left is my special task, given to me by Master Shadow Guard. I felt like going outside the box for this one, so I pulled out our soon to be old codex and went to page 72. Assigning each Successor a number value, I rolled a D6 and got a 5. With haste, I set about removing flash and mould lines, only to discover as I set about some sub assembly, my super glue has turned into one giant sludge. This means I cannot finish the assembly on the Sgt for my vow, until shops open on Thu, which happens to be the night I start back at work on Full time Overnights, I'm not sure Im gunna make it. The trick for me was to represent my "Redeemers" colours (kinda like the Andels of Redemption, but with traditional DA makings.) Having started yesterday, I vow to complete a Company Master with power weapon and combi-plasma, for 125 points... Here is the before shot. It's basically finished now, and I'll upload the completed shot this evening sometime I expect. ++ EDIT ++ Here's the painted version; not actually particularly happy with it. I find the cloak boring. Would've liked more colour, but was a bit scared of Christmas marine syndrome. Ah well, it matches the rest of my low key (...bland...?) style.
