Might need a little help with that one. Having your own wip thread just seems quick and easy and is a place for you to document your endeavours and discuss them with everyone else. corai Posted October 25, 2012 Share Posted October 25, 2012 I've actually started building my minis for the pledge. No painting to report though. Since it's HH themed, I've thrown some wIP pics up over in the Horus Heresy Boards. I'm still hopeful I'll meet my pledge, but concerned as I thought I had everything I'd need, but actually need another set of FW boarding marines and 5 more GK termi torsos, so may only be able to paint what I actually have bought already :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Too cold and wet to get my prime and base colors down. I have however been working on an attack bike to join the squad. If the forecast is correct, looks like I'll have a window on sunday or monday. Its my sons birthday this weekend, so seems unlikely I'll finish the Fellblade this weekend. I do really need to finish it soon otherwise I'll have no chance at finishing all I have pledged. RL has caused me to re-assess my protects and my Pre Heresy Imperial Fists are low down on my list so the models are being placed safely away until I have more time/money. Bt gutted as I never got to post the models I had put together. Instead of IF I will be working on my 40k era RG as I already have most of the bits and they are so much quicker to paint! I've picked up a little momentum myself today after a 3 day break trying to cast some iconography for my termies. I know its quick but i had to get it done cause on Sunday my fists will enter for the best painted army award in the tournament. Hopefully the Emperor will smile upon the VII Legion and allow me to bring further honor to Dorn and the Imperial Fists! on a side note: how do i add to my vow? I am thinking of converting a metal captain stern from the grey knights to a chaplain in terminator armor of the Fists.
