moric Posted December 3, 2012 Share Posted December 3, 2012 I did my yellow using model masters insignia yellow with an airbrush for the shadows i mixed it with snakebite leather from games workshop series and mixed it with a touch of white for the highlights after that washed the mini with gryphonne sepia and used black oil wash for the recesses of the armor (oil wash always on a varnished mini, it keeps the wash in the recesses and not on the open surface). While I am unable to complete this promise to my Brother's today, when the storms subside, I will deliver what was promised and more. Thank you for the this. Despite not being able to finish, the foundations of my 30k Imperial Fists have been lain to paper and a handful of models built, but not painted. B) Even though I was only doing two figures I still didn't manage to meet the deadline ( also it doesn't help that I forgot the deadline was the 29th and not the 30th - still got a bit of work to do before the figures are done B) ). I will still post the completed pictures on Hall of Heroes . If there is an expansion 3 I would more than happy to join in - I just need to tatoo the deadline date onto the back of my hand next time .
