I Jackel hereby pledge my soul, my allegiance and that of my troops', to Chaos Eternal.

 

I swear to you that I will paint and present the Sorceror Crogan of the Alpha Legion along with 'The Guardians of Providence', a Chaos Space Marine squad who form his retinue and 'The Undenied', a unit of Havocs whom serve him. All before January 18th, 2013.

Hey Brother Nihm,

 

Thanks for running this again, I look forward to these calls when they come up, and I was sad to see that I missed Call of Chaos IV in my absence! On the first page I am listed as Iron Warriors/Alpha Legion while I have also pledged Word Bearers. I believe that the Sons of Lorgar would be displeased to not receive the same recognition as the lowly Iron Warriors Warpsmith!

As long as it is only a few who are swapping around then for now, OK.

Once we start - no go.

 

Alright so swapping is limited but I had another question... What If I were to finish all my vow? Would I be allowed to add on to it?

Should you complete your items within the 3 months and still have time to spare before the end, you are able to add additional items (to a maximum of 5 items).

You fell in the past.

What will you do to redeem yourself in the eyes of the gods?

 

I have heard whispers that if you either paint up a Chaos Spawn before the Call starts, or add an additional item to your pledge - then you might be allowed to partake in the glory. Should you fail this time however - woe unto you.

Real life prevents me from continuing my vow, so I have contacted Brother Nihm to be removed from the rolls. This will allow another more worthy than I to prove their loyalty!

You are welcome to use this time to plan, assemble and prime models that you have entered into the Call.

On the 2nd, the Call will formally begin and will last until January 18th, 2013. During this time, your progress will be closely monitored.

I was wondering if that implies I'm supposed to have everything assembled and primed until November 2? As of today I haven't assembled and primed everything I've vowed to paint. And if I didn't have to, I'd prefer to finish building my half-assembled Decimator at some later time of Call of Chaos?

Let me know, Brother Nihm, and I'll be happy to comply. :P

Hello Jay,

It is not required that that you do anything before the Call starts. But! it is strongly encouraged that you use this time to prepare.

Three months may seem like a long time, but in the hobby world, time does fly. ^_^

 

 

Sorry if it is a hassle but I would like to add two spawn to my pledge.
