Only thing left to do is tactical markings but that isn't being done on any one until the entire bloody army is finished and I can do them squad by squad as right now it's too time consuming when I've got games to plan for. Here is Tactical Squad Mithras of the Death Strike 2nd Company. The freehands a bit shoddy but it's my first real attempt to try and get a (somewhat) uniform symbol without decals. Whadda ya think? So I present to you, "Mortis". Strike Squadron 'Diamond Wasps' of MM 3rd Company, 2nd Flight Wing. Only the Skyhammer Talon left to do for the Stormwing now. It's getting there. I think the intended effect is that he wants the storm talon pilot to look like he is being lit up by the various lights and diodes inside the cockpit without necessarily painting the cockpit canopy green; so yes, in this instance he is very green! Bingo! I prefer stark colours like this, it's something to draw the eye, I'm considering having the second Talons pilot lit up by red warning lights and doing some battle damage on one of the engines.
