I was referring to the process of making tea and not Earl Grey specifically. Who's going to put milk in green tea for starters! I'll have you know my ancestors sat with the Emperor at the Council of Darjeeling to decree how tea should be consumed in the Imperium :laugh.:

I played a couple of 1000pt games yesterday against my sons AM.

He was not being nice and played his army around a Stormsword!

My list:

CCS

2 x LR Battle tanks

2 x Chimeras

1 x Hellhound

2 x Veteran squads with Melta/Plasma

1 x Valkyrie

His list:

Stormsword

CCS

1 x SW  team (Snipers)

1 x Infantry platoon with AC

2 x Vets with Missiles + AA

2 x Scout sentinels (ML)

I managed to make it to turn 5 each game before the Stormsword blew me off the table... I managed to take 1 HP off it in both games but as I could not really hurt it so I concentrated on his infantry to great effect. I just could not get anything close enough to it to kill it before it killed me.

Good day though :)

On another note, Santa came early today and I received this in the post from Kilofix. Thank you very much and it will be a nice addition to the 711th  :)

Christmas present to self:

To fill a gap in my forces and as a project I have always wanted to try out and due to seeing Idlem's models (thanks for the motivation) I have gone ahead and ordered a box of Bullgryns and a box of WHF Ogres. With luck and some creative chop shop work I should be able to get 3 Bullgryns and 6 Ogryns (perhaps one will become Nork) for a fraction of the price of buying 3 boxes of Bullgryns...

Plus it will stop me from getting bored

and this means that I can start work on my Baneblade vow for Big Guns.

I decided to start off small as it was mid week so it would allow a full week (next week) to start work on desertising the hull. I have managed to paint up the crew, tracks, stubbers, heavy bolters and heavy flamers (not all shown in the photo).
