Altough I like the usage of hazard stripes, the red flames don't do it for me. Other than that,excelent paintjob.

I think the flames are cool, and extremely well painted. As is the rest of the model. I wonder if the Ravenwing badges would look better in white, like the aquila on the nose, but I can see why you wouldn't them to be too dominant.

Although I greatly admire the skill and creativity on display here, I have to say that the flames make it too 'orky' for me somehow.

 

Other than that - very nice indeed :tu:.

I think the flames look good, I'm just not so sure it fits the Consecrators. I know their chapter symbol is a torch, but this might be a bit too much; it's not as though they have an unhealthy fondness for fire (like the Sallies or Fire Hawks), or am I wrong there?

Red guns - hooray. The flames are a little too much for me but I can't fault the skill and the parchment on the wings and the red/white hazard stripes look great.

Thanks for all the comments, decided to change up the paint job on the wings, flames started looking odd on it after a few days, hope it looks a bit better now.

 

Really like that old Deathwing terminator Cactus, may try and paint my terminators up in a similar style when I get around to them.

Dark Rage, I really like the Nephilim wings (and the hazard stripes are awesome, can you/did you post how you do those!?, the more simple scheme makes them look more Marine-ish, the flames were net and well done, but seemed more LotD than Consecrators.

I agree, I do like the paint job and I think the stripes fit better with the theme of the army than the flames.

On the one hand, I'm a little sad that you felt obliged to repaint the Neph...

Some progress on a bike for my Master of the Ravenwing, also planning a ravenwing force on jetbikes which is in the works.

Great pick for a Consecrators MotR. Sammael may have his particular jetbike mark, but that does not mean that other chapters do not have some relics themselves - particularly the Consecrators. Well done.

 

if you do a whole squad of them, you may want to consider a way to make the Master's stand out a bit more (which I'm sure you plan on).
