Do we know what the next book is yet, is it Signus and Sarum aka Blood Angels and Dark Angels, or is it Calth, or is it Prospero?

What happend at Sarum? Where is the fluff for this battle?

All I know of Sarum if from the World Eaters fluff in betrayal.

Supposedly it involved Dark Angels taking on dark mechanicus, I don't know though this is going off past information. It was going to be merged with the Blood Angels are Signus who'd come with additional daemon rules.

There's a full seminar devoted to it in the morning and any questions that strayed towards its territory were shot down in short order as you'd expect. Tomorrow details shall be provided.

Currently reading the first of the story collections. I'd have Templar on but my laptop can't play it maybe some others have gotten into it by now.

I talked with John French about how Sigismund is portrayed in it and his sort of development going forward and it sounds outstanding. He's in safe hands

And I can confirm Prospero is a million miles away because of the development needed on it. In the wise words of 1 person "it could be out at Games Day and it would be total dog :cuss so it's on the shelf until we can do it justice. Work will be done on it whilst Conquest goes on but that's it for now"

Would you be willing to share any specifics of that condo with John, Bath?

Basically it's going to try and step away from the perspective of him from others ie mighty hero etc etc and try n show it from his own perspective. As we sort of agreed the best way to sum him up is "ball breakingly awesome" there's obviously the martial side to it as seen by other warriors but it's also the internal thoughts as well about how he feels the responsibility of being the first captain and champion of his legion when he's called to fulfil those duties.

It's something he has done before and there's a kind of intimacy between him and the others he has to go and kill. Added to it is his character traits like his first reaction of the dropsite massacre is hatred and the instant sort prep that when they come to Terra he'll be called upon to do his thing. All in all its more than just him being mighty handy with a sword it's how he reacts to the burdens of being the ultimate exemplar of everything the VII Legion is whilst still carrying those nagging doubts shown in the Crimson Fist.

Sorry if I've done a :cuss job describing it but the way John summed up the arc he's on just sounded awesome

The Conquest I posted was fan made. The Conquest tomorrow is a DG, SoH, and Imperial Army book about a follow on campaign post Isstvan. I expect that they will release it to bring HH in line with 7th and put out the only other allied detachment you can take in HH.

It sounds like Imperial Army will come in squads of 20 with a vexilla, NVO, and squad leader and I would wager they are two rifle squads and a weapons squad per platoon like the Legion organization chart to emphasize the uniformity of the Imperial Army.

Ah, so the Great Crusade one is fanmade, but there is a true FW product that will introduce Imperial Army while covering the transition to 7e and give the studio more time to get past some of the more difficult elements of the next trilogy

So...for conquest maybe we'll see some more DG and SoH characters? Like Garro, Torgaddon, Cruze, Grulgor, Sedirae, Sejanus (sorry, I can only thing of a couple DG characters)...?

Honestly, I'd really just like some generic units, not so much characters. Perhaps an Elite unit in Power Armor (like Legion-specific Destroyers) that can be used with a Pride of the Legion force and not break fluff (unlike Deathshroud).

Could *potentially* be Molock(sp?), the campaign fom Vengeful Spirit, BL's latest HH novel, the forces are right for it.

Cheers,

Jono

Hmmm yea that does fit, lots of IG, Imperial Knights, bunch of different Legions. Sounds like it has all of the ingredients!

Thought I'd actually repost the pics, seeing as no-one else has:

Edit: oops

From what I understand, Gorgons were supposed to represent both Morlocks and other terminators. So I really dont expect to get Morlocks as a specific unit
