Teetengee
Can we get some pictures of them in context on some scenery? I'd love to see how the colour scheme holds up from a distance. The Mad Hermit
Also a huge fan of the game Tropico. I love how you've done the Guardsmen. That camo is stellar. rednekkboss
Thanks all! I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out. Augustus: I'll get some more shots when I do the next update. I took a bunch of pics, but quite a few were blurry. I have a "less than professional" set up for photo taking. ;) One might even call it...... rednecky. Teetengee: That sounds like a good idea. Once I'm done with the next 2 squads I'll truck them down to the local game store that has good tables and get some pics there. Mad Hermit: I can not confirm or deny that Tropico 5, Civilization 5 and Battlefleet Gothic may or may not be responsible for me not doing more painting. VIVA EL PRESIDENTE!!!! rednekkboss
Sorry guys and gals, but there has been way too much real world happening in my corner of Central Florida and not enough hobby time. I am WAY behind on my vow. So far that there is just no way its going to be done. SO... I decided to kick it up a notch and do some detailing on the Razorback team, then I plan on building the Razorback. Introducing Sergeant Two Rabbits.... I added some details. I've been researching tattoo and other patterns as well as glyphs and imagery. I would imagine in the "real world" these guys would be covered in inscriptions and glyphs and the like, but at this scale it all gets muddled. So I figure I did enough to get the idea across. Now..... on the Razorback, there I could have some fun. :) If you have checked out my blog, you know there are some other things going on at Casa d' Rednekk that will most likely put the IG Tropico portion, etc of this overall project from models to eventual comics. Regrettably, I'll be cutting my overall number of models and projects down for various reasons. I fully intend on finishing the Apostles of Quetza force, but after that I'll be sticking to the Templars of DOOooom and accompanying forces/allies only.
