OK! Part 2 of my tutorial is up and ready for reading!

I won't manage to weather him before the deadline, so I'm calling him finished. I'll quickly whizz up a base if I have the time to, but I don't think it's a real big tragedy if I don't manage that either.

To say that I'm happy with the results is a bit of an understatement, to be honest. I also had quite a bit of fun with the freehand details. I hope you like him and I can't wait to see what the next Chapter will be! I'll upload the new poll tomorrow morning, nice and early. ;)

Thank you, Brother Pheidias. I think Roman numerals fit the Imperial Fists better as they're simpler, more functional. However, I wnated to challenge myself a bit so I went with the regular numbers with a "slight Gothic flair", as you say. smile.png

As much as it pains the Iron Warrior in me to say it, that Fist looks good!  I didn't think the helmet would look as good as it does in yellow.  As for the next figure, as an enthusiastic Mantis Warriors player there's basically no way I could vote for anything else.  Excited to see the result!

Ah, right. This battle damage wasn't painted on but cut into the plastic with my trusty X-acto knife. I still need to do the sponge weathering and powders. :)
