Awesome thanks! Seeing Raktra next to a normal guy just shows how much more opposing he'd look on the table against someone else's army. And true scale stuff does look amazing compared to standard marines so going deeper into the madness is understandable haha

Thx mate. His base model is hephaestos from joek minis. I convinced him to send me one although he has the shop due to kickstarter closed atm.

 

 

A lot of cutting, sanding and resculpting will be involved but the base is just perfect for dear'dd

 

And the head is from a bulgryn^^

It costs me always a lot willpower to cut awesome minis to pieces. But this time it really hurt as I love the base model. But it is the best base for the big bear in my opinion. ( well knight models hulk would have been cool too, but the base model is metal and therefore a pain to convert)

Man that's awesome, I dislike having to chop up models too but sometimes it just needs to be done. The chest is looking great!

Daer'dd is making progress.

 

I bwmd the feet amd have some ideas for his right hand.For the left he gets a tomahawk.

 

 

Here a pic to show the how big greater daemon of the emperor really is. (All botl minis are destined to become truscale so his size is a bit...well better???)

His left arm looks kinda off, in terms of proportion. Might be the camera angle, though.

No, you were.right. wasn't satisfied.with the arms.amd so.i cut.the.shoulderpads to.pieces^^. Now it.looks.far better, but i habe to create some.shoulderpads. any ideas?

Looking good! Seeing the art, the shoulder pads don't look that detailed so maybe plasticard is the way to go? That way you can make them to size too.
