Some brilliant knights in this thread!

Here's my kitbashed Knight of Khorne. I've got another LoS torso in the binbox waiting to be converted into a close-combat alternative torso.

OK for now its finished I will come back later to sort stuff like the soot.  But this has been a breakthrough moment for me...

I bought the original Renegades only to sell the Knights I was too scared to paint, I have made so many mistakes in painting this one, bad sub-assemblies, having to take the shoulders off as I couldnt fit the weapons on etc... Mistake after mistake.

Is it the best I could do NO but it is a start and I am proud of myself for painting it...

So without further nonsense I present

Almost ashamed to post here :tongue.:

@McGibs: Just epic looking. Are the big guns from the Porphyrion? (sp?)

Thanks! The cannons are from the GW battlecannon bunker/turret fortification things (I don't remember the name), and then rolled through a bitz pile. The muzzles are jumppack nozzles to trim down the caliber a bit to match the ammo-belts coming in the back (stolen from a robot toy).

So, thought I'd add these guys to the show.

If you just heard a loud crack, that was my jaw hitting the keyboard. Amazing work on that trio of Knights. That triple-barreled cannon on Archangel looks suitably intimidating. So many details to take in. That's also a good try at non-metallic metal. It must be tough on such large surfaces.

Here are a couple of Knights I have done in the past. First up is a loyalist Dominus class:

Next is a Renegade Knight I did when the first round of the Renegade box set was released:

Hope you like them :)
