So we're nearly all caught up and onto the current project. 

 

Solar Auxilia! Again. I do love Solar, and now in plastic can build to my hearts content. 

 

 

So onto the 145th Nereids Cohort, 22nd Sub-Cohort. 

 

First up the first troop choice in the shape of a Tercio command and two Las Sections to make a Las Tercio. 

 

 

 

Followed by the first of a Russ Squadron and the first Dracosan for the coming Veletaris squads.

Great work, as ever. The Warhound Praetor is particularly nice, the pose is really menacing and the head sculpt is a cracking one.

And the Command Section to keep her company.  Decided to model the Refractor Fields they come with as shields because the urge was strong

I've finally finished reading this entire blog, the quality and quantity of your minis has blown me away. I came here for the Night Lords but wow, the Alpha Legion and White Scars did not disappoint.

 

Those recent solar are really cool too, any chance we can see them alongside some night lords?

Been in a bit of a dip lately so not managed to get any work done since the last Solar update until recently, and as usual it's something that's not planned. 

 

To get some painting done I dived into the Boxes of Bobby Potential 'also known as shame' and came out with a little character and retinue.
