You can never have too much infantry :) (although I am likely a very bad example in this regard :D )

The army is progressing nicely despite the fact that you have other projects in parallel, so I am sure you should be able to get a 2k force ready soon.

I am sure the commissariat will keep an eye on you just in case you start to slide away from your objective ;)

I have 20 Infantry a Hellhound and an Earthshaker Carriage to reach 2000pts! Definitely doable!

 

Speaking of the Commissariat, many thanks WarriorFish!

 

I’m going to paint the Hellhound over the next few days then adding a bit of spice with a Redemptor Dreadnought for my boy’s Ultramarines! Keeps things fresh!

I want to add something more to my Krieg. I have 2 avenues I want to explore.

 

I’m happy with my Artillery build, now I’d like to build either a Deathrider platoon or an Armoured Company.

 

I already have an Officer and Command Squadron for my Deathriders so would only need a couple of squadrons to start.

 

Though some Russes and a Tank Commander would be fun.

 

So with that in mind which should I go for first?

You need to ask yourself what you would prefer to work on first as I think enjoyment should come first :)
On a personal recommendation, Russes are fun to build so that could be interesting.

I’ve thought about it a lot and I’m going to go with the Deathriders! I just think they’re such an iconic unit that no Krieg force would be complete without at least one Squadron of them!

 

Will have to wait until Christmas but that’s coming very soon.

 

I’ve some progress to report!

 

The Hellhound is now finished. Really enjoyed working on this one. I’ll definitely be building a Armoured Company once my Deathriders are finished.

I’m currently working hard on Ultramarines.

 

Looks like it’ll be longer than I thought before I can do some Krieg.

 

Sadly I’m waiting on paints and the UPS courier has lost my parcel (GRRRRR!!)

 

I’m chasing it down but there maybe a delay before I’ll have an update for my beloved Krieg.

 

At least it’s only 2 weeks until Christmas!

Thankfully UPS admitted they’d lost my parcel so the store I bought from sent me a replacement package!!

 

I now have everything I need to continue working on my Krieg!

 

Can’t wait til tomorrow to see what reinforcements the 3rd will be getting.

Well I got a decent amount of reinforcements for Christmas (16 Deathriders) so I know I will be busy for a while now!

 

Can’t wait to start getting through them.

 

I’ve made a 2k list and will work through that.

Cheers for sharing it, I really enjoyed the watch.

 

I’ve built 8 of the Deathriders (I’m going to field them in 2 Squadrons) they just need basing and then I’ll get started!

 

I was looking at them and I’ll go out on a limb and say they’re the best sculpts in the Krieg range!

 

They really are stunning.
