I have just written the most poetic Perception check in my personal RP history.. :tongue.:

and filled up the placeholder to glitch up the shuttle.

Alas, good Xin.  I doth knew him, Lysimachus.

Positively Bohemian! ;p

(Edit: to tell of update.)

Always good idea, I really need to do that more often.

Sorry guys, work has been a bit much recently. I added a post to help get Beta moving along.

Really enjoying Alpha’s thread! Keep up the great work.

Sorry, that took me a while to write up a bit more info for the Traveller's Awareness test... that's about as much as any of you will get from this distance?

Placeholder … replaced.

Get it while it’s hot ( and probably still full of spelling errors )

Nice.

So more evidence to back up the feeling that Ithan is a Grade A 'Nutter'

Smoke and mirrors together with a lot of legerdemain.

So we've got Vesalius as Hannibal Lecter and Ithan as Norman Bates...

Lysimachus - whilst it's clear you are nudging us towards the town I think the Traveller would want to see the crew of the shuttle disembark and see what reaction they get first...

Alpha will be moving north from the drop off point into the settlement.

@Lysimachus - So the shuttle crew just walked out of the shuttle and headed east into Rolling Rocks into the middle of the settlement? Also we'd been watching them enter the town.

Draak: PER 43 +10 Heightened Senses +10 Auto-senses = 63. Roll: 12 (5 DoS).

On your map there are gaps between the buildings, could we have seen a general area of where the ambush occurred or worked it out by such things as a knowledge of a human's walking pace etc or possibly triangulation of the vox signal by Draak and Ithan because the microphone is on pilots body?

Edited by Machine God

@MG: That's a good thought, although the pic is very much just a general idea. There are gaps you can enter through, but they're more like twisting alleyways so LoS at ground level would be tricky. Whatever happened was pretty quick though, so you'd be able to make a fair guess at it being at the western end?

@Necro: stand by, I'll move you in later today...

Dune is good (although I prefer the book and am looking forward to seeing the new, more faithful film) but Tremors is just awesome.

Well Vesalius did say that he fell through some rotten floorboard's into a basement and was worried that he'd be attacked.

I guess that he didn't 'Break into the wrong rec room'

Whilst by default we can perhaps assume that we're aware of the conversation going on, it's somewhat up to Vesalius.

My own instinct is that we can't trust these individuals just because they've given us their names. Find out what they have to say before revealing the true extent of our force.

I think that Black Cohort's post makes Decimus visible to the mortals.

As he says that he's pointing his heavy bolter at Toks.

If Toks has moved out into the street to talk to Vesalius and Decimus has 'eyes on' that means he's nearly on that middle street area and could possibly have been noticed by Bobs too.

That's true.

Tell you what, to keep everything simple I'll update later and move into the interior. Anyone who wants be part of the discussion we can assume has moved in, and anyone who doesn't will be on guard outside?
