I cought a few I had missed in the first round as I was doing the second post and have updated the initial one with them, will double check though. - Edit, should be better now.

Moving on, Assuming R--or is Razor, also if the- (as it appears three times) is then, them or they  we get (the (n/m/y) must be the same in all instances)

Leaning towards m in the (n/m/y) option because (n/m/y)ar-et looks like market, and is so that gives us

It gives us this, which means that a--  was liking for and is more likely so adding n also gives us.

From here I assume -n has to be in as it can’t be on or an, so putting that in. Then the two instances of -ind is probably find, though there are no further f to put in.

Yea, just spotted I had placed an a one space to the left, and when I edited to corrected that Lang instantly poped as the name of the naval guy.

Jump seems reasonable as no J an P elsewhere and they are the last two letters.

So all cleaned up, and with some punctuation.

Razor,

Some  busybody  in  the market  asking  questions about  Lang.

Find  them. Find  out  why  they're  here and  who  sent  them.

Come  to  the  broken  vent once  you’ve  seen  them  jump.

Well done everyone (and especially Tro)!

As to locating the broken vent being discussed, it has been mentioned before and that might give a clue as to what it is...

Edit: Ugh, and I've managed to use all my likes for the day already!

Oh great and potent GM, in whom eternal beneficence doth dwell:

Are these thieving robdogs carrying any Thrones?  If not, can we hawk their gear?

And where can an interested party acquire chemicals for the...uh...purely scientific study of compound manufacture?

Does Razor have any distinguishing marks?

@MR - Why? You're not going to cut his head off and stuff it in a sack to show Dex in the Broken Vent are you?

Just putting a quick post in to hopefully answer these points and be a bit more clear about the vent! Might give some options for next steps too?

Yep, Deceive (Fel) versus opposed Scrutiny (Per)

Fair warning though, you don't get to be a crime boss without being both suspicious and good at spotting stuff...

So Dex would be Disposition: Suspicious for a -10 on your Deceive Test. Then it's down to whoever gets more DoS on their roll.

Good plans both, happy with either.  I've got Metal Storm, so if we have to go loud, it's going to make the Valentine's Day massacre look like handbags at a birthday party.

What if we tell him the truth?

EDIT:  Speaking of which, did we pick up that plonk?  And what are the drugs I'm carrying, I meant to ask with the Chymistry roll...sorry! :blush.:
