It'll still be 3 MWs, and as they spill over that means 3 dead models in that example.

You misunderstand what I meant. Let's take the 2pg, psyker example. You shoot, then you roll 3 hazardous dice. You get a single 1. You then have to select a single hazardous model to take the wound, and if they are a character it is 3 wounds. Nothing says that you have to select the psyker. The dice are not rolled individually per-model, and are not linked to specific models. You just have a pool of 3 and can assign a failure to whichever hazardous model you want. So plasma can help prevent your pskyer frying his brain.

Hazardous is not necessarily 3mw.

"For each roll of 1, that test is failed and one model in that unit equipped with a Hazardous weapon is destroyed (selected by the controlling player), unless that model is a CHARACTER, MONSTER or VEHICLE, in which case it suffers 3 mortal wounds instead."

It is only 3mw if you select a character, which you don't have to do.

Marine vindicators has exactly same profile on demolisher cannon. So we are almost sure that LR demolisher would have a same gun, and it is really powerful.

Good! because the bc looks like crap:laugh:

In our 9th ed book we had the demolisher cannon on the baneblade and then a demolisher battle Cannon on the russ. We will find out next week. I can't wait.

I'm betting that Commissars and Ogryn bodyguard are pretty much copies of how the Chaos enforcer and ogryn work. Look pretty usable, if they are not too expensive. 4+ fnp to characters will keep them alive from snipers a bit longer, and "free" (not counting a guardsmen) insane bravery after failing battleshock, coupled with ld6, would make commissars good at their niche.
