I have always wanted to try necromunda but don't want to buy a starter box with £100 of terrain that I don't need. Eschers and Goliaths are iconic too. Evil Eye Posted June 26 Share Posted June 26 My issue with the Exodites is less that the minis look bad (they look pretty nice) but more that with this they're basically locked in as "marginally different Craftworlders but on dinosaurs". I'd have liked them to be their own subfaction with more of a sort of...not exactly primitive but certainly more rustic look in keeping with the whole "Wood Elves IN SPESS" thing, with the beasts being just one aspect- no pun intended- of them rather than their main defining trait. On another note related to the AOS Ogres, I am worried about the fate of gnoblars. Love those silly goblinoids and would consider some for extra gretchin models. Might have to grab 'em whilst the grabbing's good... Yeah, the Lieutenant gag really seemed like a cheap promo tool for the new Primaris line back in 8th. The pace of releases really dropped off in 9th and by 10th I think we only saw three, with one of those being the Wolves-specific Battle Leader (a model which was at least as much of a Captain-equivalent Wolf Lord) and another being the hyper-rate Lt. Variel model from the Space Marine Heroes line.
