Marshal Ecthelion
Wow... seeing how fast this post took off after you guys "gave up", I guess that was quite tough. Brother Sergeant Alasseo
This could be a trick question. Ferag is either the last dream of a chaos cultist as he is mutated into spawn, or a champion of the Thousand Sons (iirc), who was killed by a rival champion of Tzeentch. Ferag means "Killer of" in his native tongue Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/43170-fluff-competition/page/94/#findComment-851791 Share on other sites

Dammekkos
He was (in his dreams) former member of Purple Stars space marines. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Correct (sorry, I dodn't have time to think up a tricky one). Zhivago
Ok, here we go. From which kind of civilian vehiacles STC the Land Raider Mk I was derived? (I've PM:ed the correct answer to Damekkos as well, as I migth be absent for a while) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/43170-fluff-competition/page/94/#findComment-852461 Share on other sites
Brother Sergeant Alasseo
No-one knows. Magos Arkhan Land simply returned from the Libraris Omnis with a near complete dataslab capture of an highly advanced, heavily armoured battle tank. This was to become Land's Raider, now Land Raider Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/43170-fluff-competition/page/94/#findComment-852610 Share on other sites
Tor_Libram
Well this is the revisionist answer from WD 255, certainly. However the Land Raider pre-dates that work by about 150 issues, so I'm betting you're wrong. B) Haven't a clue myself, btw, but I'd be fascinated to find out. Zhivago
Bump. Alessio is wrong. Or he is rigth wrong. Nice case of contradictive GW fluff here. Hint: The firepower of the current model is undeniable, and I believe current one in known as mark three. Henimann
The Land Radier was based on Squat mining vehicles that Arkan Land discovered while visiting the Squat Homeworlds. Zhivago
No... nothing to do with squats.... this version of fluff has little to do with mr.Land. EDIT: I'll post new question tomorrow, if this remains unknown... Frostwolf
The Land Raider was based on the Land Crawler STC. Says so in an epic book... if I remember well... I can't remember which one for sure though. I had found it funny to think that the Raider had evolved and so didn't crawl anymore. I guess the fluff just stuck in my mind. Next templates to come, evolving from the Land Raider: the Land Strider or Land Leaper! :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/43170-fluff-competition/page/94/#findComment-853919 Share on other sites
Zhivago
Well, acording to firepower 3, land raider was based on civilan tractor believe it or not. Next one to post here is free to ask.
