About renegades - both yes and no. They are semi-painted, but I feel I need to redo some details and to think about paint-planning - after a fail with DP's skin and sword I really want to make everything superb. Wicced About the helmet - I really like the standard painting scheme from GW site, that's because he has bone-helmet well I need to review my recipe for bones. As I've said before, next goes new regular csm squad. Some of you remember my first squad: http://img802.imageshack.us/img802/4363/pb1800881024x768.jpg Not so great conversions and paint job, comparing to my raptors, although these serve me faithfully. And they are my first squad for NLs after all... and I'm already making a replacement for them oh well, so agreed stars. I needed a champ with magnetized arms, and the best special weapon choice still are meltas for me, and so on... I got DV-box not so long ago, a month or so. As I don't like (simply don't even tried) to deal with post, I tried to convert loyalist marines into NLs. I worked on the tactical squad almost whole weekend - but time works against me. 6 out of 10 guys require some sculpting here and there, and I'm not so satisfied with some results. Anyways, 4 of them (champ, melta-guys and one Non-starter-based mehrine) are ready for painting, and I'm pretty happy with them. Called champ Butch, short from 'The Butcher'. The idea of a meatman-sergeant struck me and I found it suitable for NLs. Wanted to add some 'slaughter style' bits, like hooks, inside and so on, but came up with more casual representation. Although I may sculpt a heart on one of the hooks. Your thoughts?
