It's just too green in my mind I can see what you mean, but I like the way it's come out as it really draws the eye on the model. I've got 10 so far, will be buying a further 20 in January before my Tourney. They are Star Phantom helmets ;) Question: For those who follow this blog, I've been considering some counts-as Legion of the Damned, I'm not a fan of the overly gaudy stock models as I feel I can represent them better to fit with my army, faceless heavily armoured killing machines worthy of the rule set, but would it be justifiable to pay over £70 for 5 custom bits-built Marines than to pay the £80 from GW for 10 stock LotD? Hastati Primus - Infantry Suppression Legionaries Crusade HQ - Veteran Prefect Ludo, Centurion Tyrax and Chaplain Barzoh Hastati Secundus - Forward Advance Legionaries Hastati Tertius - Forward Advance Legionaries Teeth of Vengeance - Haephestus Triarii Secundus - Dominators JAEGER AG Division and VR-1 "Daisy Cutter" of Armoured Support Lance Prime M-Talon-1 "Mortis" and SR-06 'Iron Falcon' of Strike Squadron 'Diamond Wasps' of MM 3rd Company, 2nd Flight Wing. Cheers, BT Don't know about the cost, but I'm collecting parts for a LotD counts-as squad with Mk.III chestplate, mk6 legs (because I had a bunch from the new tactical boxes) and targeter heads, with boarding shields and GK teleporter backpacks.
