Anyone know a good place in Canada to grab some cork board? I think a good a base and maybe a Korvydae purity seal and he might be done. I think it looked better without the tabard too, however I think my main problem with the tabard was how much wider it looked at the bottom compared to the top. Â oto the very wide silhouette of his wings and backpack, his legs look awfully reedy, which is exacerbated by them being the base of the model. Â Purely in terms of silhouette. Â Adding a bit of boxiness to the legs was a good idea, it's just the tabard that didn't work. That's exactly why I wanted to do something. Giving pteruges a shot tonight. Could really work tying the shoulder ones into the model. Thanks for the input brothers!!! T-minus 4 days till the codex! As a son of Corax (though I'm not sure Corax would want to lay claim to my Raptors all the time) I can't help but love this thread. I'm also a fan of your Plague Wolves. Definitely may have to loot this for some ideas with my own raptors who are coming out of partial retirement for a refit/spot of repaint (and then the new codex will hit and make me add to my old army- tricksy GW) Especially love the lightning claws and the use of Asroth.
