Woot - More points for the right team!  -  I'm really excited about the end of this event.  Not knowing where everyone stands has me chomping at the bit.  I think I've got the Cap'n's phone number around here some where, maybe I should call him and ask.... :D :D :D

Fear not Brothers, my 2yr old has a playdate today, I'm practically done. Just the Watcher, the Captains hair and axe, and Asmodai's eyes.

It took me long enough, but I got my namesake completed.  Pleased with how he came out considering the MASSIVE amount of bubbles, the extremely bent sword, and the fact that the piece used to hold the bike on stand was damaged beyond repair and had to be greenstuffed.  A few firsts for me included painting/assembling resin, and using liquid greenstuff.  LGS is awesome by the way. I'm a fan, but it's disappointing it's necessary in the first place...  Any how this is the final SC I need for the current codex.  Glory to the legion! To the Lion! To yall who have picked up my slack.  For the Emperor

Finished is a term decided ONLY by the painted.  If the model is finished to you, it counts for the ETL.  If it's not finished, then it's not.  

 

I know that I will find little things I missed on some of my ETL models, or will touch up washes or what not as time goes on, but my "table top" paint scheme is good enough for me.  That is me defining finished.

Great stuff guys, the DAs are still going strong in the last day of the event! So:

 

@ Razblood: All I need is a picture with what you consider a complete model. Bases, icongraphy, markings are completely left to you. If you say it's done, it's done.

 

@ Jeff Jedi, Brother Moridius, Retaliation, Grotsmasha: Your completions are registered! Congratulations for adding to the DA cause and plugging some gaps...

 

Speaking of which: Has anyone seen Adper, Brother Vaas and deadboyat2 lately? They have some subsequent vows to complete and failing to do so will also nullify their previous completions...

 

And I sure hope Liberame makes it! he's done so much already, it's a shame not go all the way and grab his laurels!!! :)

Right, the BTs are annoying. They have added ca. 15k pts this week so far (vs. 10.7k of the DAs) and are closing the gap... If we fail to plug the gaps in our line (i.e. those who have outstanding secondary or subsequent vows fail to declare completions) we might be in a close situation... Do we need that? Let's see completions coming through! ph34r.png
