No prob, here re the ingredients

So, nice solid coat of the Leadbelcher. then a dry brush or wetbrush of the Chainmail SIlver(or equivalent). Finally, just use a single coat of the Drakenhof Nightshade, a slightly darker version of the old Asur(sp?) Blue from GW before. Easy as pie.

To finish the Killteam I need to do 5 tactical marines in the same method as above.  So tomorrow I should be able to knock them out.

Thanks for looking!

Ya, that is what I think as well.  I know they adhere to Codex in regards to composition, but I know there are tons of variances in how to display/not display squad/Company markings.

The Pride of Stygia pulverized the earth, plowing towards the enemy position.  Its cold steel hull flashed in the planet's sunlight; there was no attempt to stay hidden.  Modus Operandi was to close with the foe as quickly as possible, and dislodge them in the most expedient manner possible.

A selected force from the Second Company, Executioners Chapter, had made landfall not one Terran hour prior.  This was in response to a distress beacon intercepted while en route towards a call for assistance in the same sector.  Determining if the two pleas for assistance were related was the task given to Chaplain Akrisis, and at his behest the astartes he called upon had made speed aboard the Savage Blade and took to the surface on board one of the Chapter's Thunderhawk transporters.  Upon entering orbit of the planet of Pyus, anti-aircraft guns opened up and drove the Thunderhawk towards the surface in a hurried attempt to hug the surface to avoid incoming fire.  The deadly cargo was quickly unloaded, the contents included; two Razorbacks with a combined service of nearly two centuries, Tactical Squads Ultiar and Furis, Assault Squad Callus, and Deathspeaker Akrisis.

Sergeant Dubal made a final adjustment to his ebon-hued helmet, and quickly resealed himself in his power armor.  His squad monitoring program had been recently updated and a quick appraisal showed the remaining four members as optimal, as much as could be.  This Penitent Crusade has ground their numbers and equipment slowly but surely over the past eight decades, and Dubal wanted nothing more than return to Stygia-Aquilon to replenish their men.  Many times they had been within reasonable distance to do so, but dictates from the Council prevented their return.  The Badab War, and the traitor-scum Huron, had sealed the fate of the Executioners.  Sentences were doled out to all "guilty" members, and were it not for the conditions of their participation in the war and the unknowns possessed by the old Tyrant of Badab, there was a possibility their Chapter would have been wiped from Imperial records.

But, they were here now, on the planet of Pyus.  Status notifications showed they were closing the distance to the first enemy outpost, and arrival was within less than three minutes.  He listened to the rumble of the Pride of Stygia as it barreled towards the foe, eager to make war upon them.  The temperament of the Razorback was akin to his squads own; they were both frighteningly merciless at short ranges.  The eagerness to close with the enemy and unleash a torrent of rounds whilst unleashing the cargo within was contagious.  Sergeant Dubal took in the view of his squad members, each and every one of them threatening to burst from their seats with a stubborn savagery.

The machine skid as the treads fought to bring the thirty plus tonnes of Emperor's might to a standstill.  The twin-linked assault cannons began to hum and spool as the unmistakable sound of lasgun fire slapped the hull.  The turret fired and the side access mag locks cleared.  The port was was open and the pale blue light of the system's sun spilled in.

It was time to go...

Thanks Death! Once I saw their home worlds were Stygia-Aquilon it cemented my thoughts that they were of the background of Robert E. Howard's stories. Went that route. Yah, I am working kind of more often on my models, the wife and kids are out of country right now to see a close friend and family of ours. My work couldn't accomodate due to low manning.

Thanks Heinrich! I tried my best! Working on some more models to assemble. Will post pics once I get them sorted out and assembled!

These are all looking wonderful - the blued steel is very subtle yet perfectly done. The Razorback is impressive and looks to have been quite the labour - drilling out Assault Cannon barrels has always been my nemesis.

If I may be so bold, there is one slight problem withe assault cannon wielded by your Termintor thoiugh - no magazine......

Definitely thanks for pointing that detail out! I will remedy that oversight!!!

Drilling barrels out is pretty easy if you have a small enough bit. Also I use a knife and flatten the tip of the barrel so the drill bit doesn't slip and cut me when I press into it. Hope that makes it seem easier than you thought.

Recon Marine test. Using Scout Marine rules of course. So this guy is armed with a Shotgun as you can see and Camo Cloak. Thinking about using the Badab Camo pattern from old Executioners on this test model. But still considering my options.

Plus, 4 more Jump packs located, so a squad of 5 total will be coming(well 5 I have to build, I have one regular and one Vanguard Vet build who can sit in as a Sgt with Power Axe if need be) and it will have two with flamers, two bog standard dudes, and one with the Eviscerator. Why? Cause I can!!! And I do what I want! msn-wink.gif
