These are not done, basically got some details and their poses done. I still have some things to add to show them as Honor Guard... Honor Guard; Standard Bearer first w/Power Sword. Champ w/Thunder Hammer Honor Guard w/sheathed Power Sword Honor Guard w/Power Axe (kneeling) and finally Honor Guard member w/Power Axe Groups shot with and without the Chapter Master C&C always welcome... The kneeling axe gentleman has the little powerline to balance the large axe blade, but the standing dude could use a little something to counter balance the wide blade. I'm really glad to see we both came up with the idea of splitting the MK3 axe in half. Can use it twice as much that way, right? ^_^ Other than that, your command squad looks pretty baller. I think the axe on the standing guy could use a spike opposite the axe blade. The helmet is a mix of a MKIV helmet from the MKIV HH kit combined with a helmet crest from the Sternguard(I think) kit. I agree, that hand and axe are NOT fully attached, just a pin and some putty holding them there so I could take a pic and judge the pose. I will definitely look into that, good catch! I love the standard bearer especially! Again, agreed on the axe, both of you are smart cookies! Definitely used the MK III Axe for two instances! Plus my Chapter Master in regular Artificer Power has the double headed axe, so I didn't need two of them showing up. They are Honor Guard! Get it right FLINT! Glad you like the Standard bearer. I will work on getting some "glamour shots" of some of these guys(all angles) so you can see the overall of it later after I add some more details! Yah, as you can tell the majority of my LOG is VIII Legion ;) I don't know why they would prevent the use of any of those mentioned forms of choices(bikes, termie, etc.) for Honor Guard. Love the chapter master and the honour guard are coming on nicely to. Hey thanks, I am immensely proud of my Chapter Master. I need to work on the HG more of course, I also have 10 more Tac Marines to do, three devastator marines, annnnnd maybe some Scimitar Pattern jetbikes to count as Standard Marine bikes in 40k and as is for the HH list I can use my stuff for. Also considering building 10 breacher marines and have them count as standard tacticals with a Gravgun and if it allows, a combi-grav since Breachers carry the same armament(bolters). Well, they wouldn't be able to justify other loyalist chapters getting their own codex if the main codex offered everything, now would they? Gotta pretend they deserve the attention. Oh well, not a big deal, I just hope my Calgar counts-as can whether the storm of fire to allow the majority of the HG to get into HTH and try to wreck face! I think their various marks do a good job of portraying the craziness they were forged from. These guys will be painted with black consul colors while the right arm will be in Ultramarines colors to honor their origins and as a form I remembrance for Calth! I figure Black Consuls are relatively uncommon to see, plus I want to keep them in the era just after the Horus Heresy, thus all the older Marks on them mixed with the Mark VII stuff too. Thanks!
