Tried taking pics of the entire army and they did not turn out well at all. Too dark and you could barely tell what colors they are. But here are my blue green guys them seem to all pretty much be the same

Just picked up the red books and a few AL upgrade bits from the FW shop in Nottingham, to go with my BaC marines.

 

This thread definitely played a big role in inspiring my choice of legion

Ok so with the release of BAC I have. Pretty good competitive army. I want to take advantage of the free shipping voucher thing but I don't know what to get. As it stands I have

 

40 tac marines

5 Marines with no weapons o don't know what to do with

10 melta support squad guys

10 vets

10 seekers

3 dreads

2 thudd mortars

1 glaive

1 scorpius

Dynat

Skorr

Command squad

Sabateur

5 recon guys

10 termies

10 culverin

 

So what else to get.... If anything at all

 

Maybe an alpha land raider?

 

Rhinos with alpha doors?

 

That new badass leviathan dread?

 

I bought a venator but ended up giving it to my roommate

 

So where do I go or do I even need anything else?

I actually really like that idea. Do some Geno and Lucifer Blacks?  For those i feel the GW guys might be better fitting than the SA what do you guys think?

Absolutely love the tempestus militarum. Bear in mind that Valkyries and Vendettas are options for a Lord of War if necessary.

Personal favourite is the Scions. They fit the GW scale and aesthetic (big heads!).

 

That saod, they are your models bro. You can clearly do them all justice, i'm just excited to see what you can turn up with!

Ok, so all along i have wanted to do two forces....an Omegon force (blue green) And an Alpharius force (blue/blue-purple). Other than a few random things i am done with the green. From here on out will be blue and purple.

 

For this latest batch it is normal undercoats of gun grey and steel. Then i hit most of the model with a very very light layer of FW clear purple. After that i do  another layer of purple from almost straight above. The biggest difference recently is that i stopped using Nul oil and started using Vallejo black wash. HUGE improvement.

 

I tried just blue w/o the purple and it was honestly too blue for my taste.

As for Lucifer Blacks, I feel like the Tempestus Scions are my least favourite of the 3 you posted. The other 2 look amazing, though I'm not sure where they're from?
