He's basically a destroyer character. Destroyers are pistol wielding elites that use weaponry proscribed\ frowned upon by most legions like phospex (think white phosphorus) and rad missles. Moritats can only join Destroyers and cannot be your warlord.

Okay so, not a WHOLE lot but Angelus will feature Signus, the Siege of Baal and something called "the passage of the angel of death" my bet is that is Sanguinius' road to Terra.

 

Rules may change and refine but unsure.

 

BA created as the Shock and Awe Legion, and that it why the Emperor created Sanguinius, but they would say no more.

 

The book is themed on "change" as a tie to the BA, DA, Daemons and Dark Mechanicum included.

 

No Death Company as they can't exist without Sanguinius' death. But there will be some interesting stuff on how the Legion suddenly expanded at one point.

 

Late 2017 early 2018 release, my bet is next weekender.

More I look the more detail I see, which is awesome. It's all very OTT European too, but not treading on the Ultra's Roman vibe.

 

Very excited for Angelus, but now sat here deciding if I want 1KSons or Custodes :P

Yeah, I get the impression that we are going to take a more greco-roman feel rather than just Holy Roman Empire (ala UM). However the artwork is definitely "Sistine Chapel" rather than Grecian mosaic.
