We shall see. Some of the masked DE heads are mighty tempting. Edged out the sea green plates, now just need choom paint and final highlights on the metallics and hair :) Threw in the SoH marine to show the switch in color scheme. The Leviathans were a step in the right direction, but the original chassis still had potential IMO. With the Iron Circle release, I was eager to order the bitz. Wonder about the dread knight hammer in lieu of the IC polehammer?? Head seems a lil... Small/off... I don't know. On the other, I'm sad to see that you didn't use the DG Contemptor head (which is another bit I have to get ahold of.) In my opinion, it's one of the best parts of the kit and (I think) would make him look even more like a giant-ass Breacher. I don't want to be the Don Quixote who goes to fight this giant. I honestly would have preferred if he held the hammer in both hands. I'm not feeling the shields. Some etched brass, trophies, and transfers should help with more of a SoH identity. I think with a little more trimming of the head, so it sits lower in the socket, and the head will work out better :). Definitely going to have him choke up on the hammer a little. However one small nitpick: Would it be possible to put some cables around the hammer-holding fist/gyro as right now the contrast between broad and small is very jarring and I think it might look even more ornate and awesome if the transition would be just a tad smoother. While it's not for everyone, you have the skill and dedication to detail to pull it off, and not only that, but pull it off well. This character is probably the pinnacle of your recent work: the posing, the shoulder pads in combination with the Cataphractii Praetor's body, it all looks completely on point. I wanted him to look a lot more like a Martian Adept than the 40k counterparts, so I went with the hood and some machine incantation seals along with some bitz and bobs that looked like they may be of use to him :) All in all, he probably looks like a DG tech marine more than anything but paint will fix that.
