Can't add pics on my phone but Silence is no longer unwieldy and the new RoW is called Creeping Death. YES! To get the cover save and the other bonus, they have to move at least 6" (except if they are a vehicle, a bike or a jetbike, in which case they need 12" min) And that's at the end of movement phase, so it's more difficult to move through cover and get the bonuses.
