I bought Commander Culln and carefully used my neurosurgeon skills to dremel out everything except that layer of his armor, then also scraped off the front plate of the captain until it was a good fit et voila. I really like your Archamus! More people should convert him. The head is incredibly spot on with what I had in my mind, very reminiscent of Sean Connery in the Highlanders.
