I can totally relate to this. Patience is soooooo key! That's why I have to take long breaks from converting space marines. Everything has to look perfect along the smooth lines of the armor, or it can look a bit off. Orks are so much easier, lol. But you clearly have got the knack for it. Your latest work has been really good!

If you want my opinion, I would mirror the trim around his powerfist, on the greaves. I think the chest should stay as it is. This I think will get you in the "sweet spot" of ornamentation, and the eye has a place to go.

Thanks @The Pounder

Helbrecht arrived and has been slightly butchered to make a start on the Master of Sanctity.

I figured a knightly Chapter wouldn't be opposed to a whopping two-handed Crozius

I'm really glad the serf worked out. The Dark Angels vehicle book bit is the same length as the combi-melta luckily.

@space wolf Gave it a go but chickened out on the doing the curvy spikey bits of trim. Instead I found a bit from a Redemptor sarcophagus that I had casted with blue stuff and filled the space with that instead. No the neatest but I don't really do fiddly sculpting like this frequently.

I like where you're going with this.

Always amazes me how people use green stuff to goo effect!

And I'm a +1 with The Punder here. I particularly envy people who still have this kind of zeal that you exhibit in doing these labour-intensive kitbashes and conversions. While I've almost given up on this kind of work, pelase continue so that I can experience by proxy the thrill of what I define as 'oldschool hobbying.'
