I got an update about my half year long problem! 

 

I've contacted support via live chat (again), this time support was very useful, he fixed my cart problem within a minute by just removing the voucher from my cart, from december I had several chats and multiple emails with promises that IT will look into it, and today it was solved in a minute :laugh:

 

Now I hope they will fix the broken pre-order times for Rest of the world webstore, preferably a bit faster than previous problem.

 

Anyway I made a quick purchase to test it out :whistling:

In a world of image.jpeg.e2b583281443cb3aeea1b76e7508c111.jpeg, I still do not understand why I have to select once and again the country info... Independantly of the access I use (PC1, PC2, mobile....).

 

Not really a primary concern, but still perturbing.

 

Oh... This and the fact that they are still leaving italian words lost in spanish pages. While italian version is perfectly translated. "Cavalieri Imperiali"... A mistake already present in the first issue of Indexes, corrected since, but not (yet?) in the shop.

Same, I've had a few things on a 'email me when back in stock' and they've come in stock but I've not been able to login to buy them. Guess GW doesn't want my money....

Sorry for the necro, but was just on the GW website and they seem to have sorted a lot of the issues that have driven people crazy.  No nationality pop-up, it even remembered my stored address and payment preferences without prompting.  Not sure if I should say well done or about time :confused:

Still not fixed my issue of not being able to access my account after logging in (looping glitch), chatted with their tech teams and after trying three other browers it seems to work on Opera which they accepted as a solution. Which is annoying.

I have this issue too, my last several purchases have been made as a guest
