Also whoever buys that $420 codex needs to take a long look at themselves in the mirror. There is no reason for it to be that expensive and there's no reason to buy it. Normally I am more of a "whatever makes you happy" person but that is just dumb

It's more than a little insane of an asking price knowing the book (rules, at least) are functionally invalidated in three years time. That said, it certainly has deterred scalpers - and regular customers. More than a bit of an overcorrection there.

Tabletop Battles has reviews of the PDFs which are not out yet. Dark Angels are real good. Blood Angels are very list style dependent. White Scar players should be very happy. Didn’t really look at anything else.

Something tells me that this is going to be one of those items that the annoyingly rich kid no one can stand at the shop buys and tries to show off to us (like his dumb titans).

If the Intercessors are anything to go by and looking at the preview images I believe all the gear will most likely be confined to the belts on the torso or the back plate of the leg armour. It doesn't appear any of the undersuit ribbing detail on the legs is sculpted over with gear.

Well, colour me entirely "whelmed" with the approach to blood angels. Doesn't sound exciting or interesting at all. And I never liked Angelic Inheritors as a concept either. I will very likely just ignore actually playing till supplement or codex comes out and decide from there. 

I do like the new kits though, ordered the ones I don't already have. Will combine intercessor bits with some grey hunter and blood claw conversions to blood angels I'd been doing, merge that lot with my armageddon and beginner box sets and then possibly do a purge of duplicate poses (I don't think I have many left) from my various other intercessors. I'd like to try and stick to a cap of 60... think I have more like 85 at the moment :/

Dante and Sanguinary Guard are very good, thankfully.

 

I have a feeling that BA will be at the front of the supplement release schedule.

I'm glad to see Captain in Gravis Armour on the list above. He has disappeared from US, Canada, Aus., and NZ stores. Still available in Europe. I wasn't sure what his fate would be.
