Thank you for your 'tuppence,' @Mazer Rackham. haha. That amount of feedback has got to be worth thrupenny, at least. Â I do believe my presentation influences listeners, but, while I know I am good at that side of things, I'd thin it would be more helpful to get feedback from those who do not articulate those languages or language groups, so I get a real feel for how people who are anglophones or English speakers and speaking a second language other than something Slavic or Scandinavi -

Writing groups can be very eclectic indeed. I used to be a library Volunteer and facilitate a group myself, and there was a big poetry influence to it, not much prose altogether. It depends on what the group is actually for - since our libraries run social objectives of getting people out and about, and they're listening out for if folks have trouble (when they chat during the break) so they can signpost them to help.
