It's Decayed Metal and Elven Gold with some green ink for the shadows and silver for the highlights.

The start of a new project! The aim is to make a 1k ZM army and then potentially expand it to a fully fledged 3k list if I enjoy the first 1k.

 

 

The first squad for the new army is a 5 man Recon squad armed with shot guns.

As someone who associated shotguns with Scouts, it's a little weird to see them on power armoured marines (I don't play Horus Heresy so didn't know they were an option )...

I've added some Indomitus Termintors to the Imperial Fists project. I'm still working on the Sergeant and last Terminator.

Really nice work - the yellow is great, and the chipping is spot on (adds character, is sympathetic, and isn't over-the-top), and the heraldry on the power fists are really nice

Yeah, I use oil paints for the streaking weathering 

 

 

I've also just painted up some thunder hammers for my Emperor's Children characters.

I've painted up a Standard for my Command Squad. I still need to paint up a couple of power packs to replace the jump packs, but the conversion of the Palatine Blades Aquilae to a Command Squad is almost complete.
