I love the variation on the DG Tacticles Shoulder Pads.

No reason, it's just inspired by the art

I've just finished a character for my Death Guard project. These guys have been on the back burner while I've worked on my High Elf project. It's nice to paint a space marine again though. They're so much easier

Great work as usual! Would love to know how you use your weathering powders. Do you apply them dry and then fix? Or as a wash?

As a wash I thin it right down with water and then paint it on to the areas where I want it to be.

GW are giving away a Deathwing Knight model as this month's free model at their stores. As soon as I saw the Deathwing Knights I knew they were supposed to be Imperial Fists or Black Templars, not Dark Angels

Same here, reminded me a lot of the Forge World Imperial Fist Terminator Praetor.
