Iron Within by Rob Sanders had a small group of Iron Warriors held off a Grand Company for quite a while. But each side had more than just the Iron Warriors and the Loyalists had more than a few force multipliers working for them(upside down hanging fortress that render trenches useless springs to mind) as well before dropping the fortress on the invaders, boarding the ship with only a handful of warriors and a dread and then killing the remaining Astartes crew. It's the only thing I know of that has loyalist Iron Warriors.

FW bolter weapons tend to be drilled out? Or did I miss something?

Anyway just saw a guy on warseer claiming that

Don't know if this as been mentioned, but when pushed on units in the next book they declined to go into characters (wanting to keep some surprises) but Tony said "of course Sevatar will be there".

That much more reason to go Night Lords :)

Are the released HH bolter weapons coming with drilled out barrels?  That alone would be reason to make the full switch over.

Bunch of Tigrus pattern Bolters and Bolt pistols just arrived to me, barrels are all drilled out, bolter and holstered bolt pistol alike. The side barrel holes, forgive the ignorance, don't connect to the barrel drill, but a scalpel push put to them quickly sorts that out.

I want to believe this, I really do. For the sake of validity, has anyone else seem something like this posted by another individual?

Frankly, I would be surprised if Sevatar was not done.

Although Garro was not done as part of the death guard, I suspect he may show up still as a Knight Errant and as an Agent of the Emperor/Malachor.

I am curious if Malcharion (spelling?) the War Sage will have rules.  Next to Sevetar, he would be my favorite NL. (I also would like to see rules for Sahaal, but I suspect there will not be any for him)

I doubt it, only because we don't see a whole lot of him outside of the Dreadnought and he was only interred into a Dreadnought after the Siege of Terra.

Sahaal is actually more likely because we have an entire book on him and since he was asleep for ten thousand years, there is little change between time periods other than he achieved the rank of First Captain after Sevatar was reported dead at the Siege. But because he isn't in the HH series, he might not.

I was at the seminar as well, and Tony definitely did say just that.

I really loved the Iron Within and almost made me go IWs.

Dantioch put on his best troll face and screwed over Horus' war resources on a rock that I still can't figure out the tactical sense in holding since it wasn't really explained in the novel to my understanding.

Sevatar probably has a special rule called: AaronDembskiBowdenplotawesomesauce which renders your fluff and army null and void due lack of...well...awesome writing

but enough of these silly rules, I think that forgeworld will focus on lesser known heroes or unknown ones with Saul Tarvitz being the exception...although I would have liked to have seen that other captain who had a main role in Fulgrim that I forget his name ironically but he is betrayed by Lucius

I'm looking forward to the banter between the circle of ashes and regular destroyers.

"Yeah, you go and burn some books. I'll go shoot something that actually fights back."
"Hey! I'll have you know that torching down libraries is one of the most physically-taxing jobs in the Legion. Why, just last week, I got a papercut on my thumb and I only cried for fifteen minutes. Beat that."

How could they not do some of the biggest characters?  They might wait until the Terra book to put him in though.

That's what I thought, but I meant in the next book (Massacre). But since they're giving some spot to the new characters instead of the rest (Crysos Mortug instead Garro, Shabran Darr instead Khârn, etc..) I have my doubts. So yes, they might wait until Terra to show up.

Now that I'm thinkg about what the World Eaters are getting...maybe some character like Khârn? Do you think that they will do characters like Khârn, Lucius or Ahriman? They already did it with Abaddon so...

Yes they'll most likely do those.

WE could also get Kargos Bloodspitter. That'd be awesome. Post-Heresy, if possible.

Are the Fulgrim Pre release boxes selling on Ebay at the moment legit?

I've seen a number of Boxes being sold since the Heresy Weekender, was it available for purchase or is it a scam, as I've not actually seen a proper unboxed pic of the model.

@AngelsAbsolute

I would be wary about it, especially if it was under the name ResinForge, but are you looking for the yelling Fulgrim or the one with the banner? most people who have them are probably getting them for their own purposes. I would wait

Even though I'm a traitor from switching from my flesh tearers to world eaters, I hope the Blood Angels get Amit as a special character...
