Cooooooool! Loving it.

glad you like it, gonna add some more details, but don't want to overdo it

 

The trophys look epic and certainly make the bastion look more evil, like it's inhabitants.

thats the idea.

 

This bastion is going to be epic! Loving the trophies so far, would love to see other non-marine trophies too (xenos & regular human). Some battle damage on the bastion would look great too I think since it's chaos. Looking forward to seeing more!

thats a good idea, there is some standard battldamage on the model but fonna add a little more, again dont want to overdo it and clog the model with stuff, maybe ill add some xenos trophys or a few guardsmen or something, tought of adding chains but cant really visualize anything cool that will work.

The trophies on the bastion look awesome and, while some more would be great, I agree with you in that you shouldn't overdo it. The daemonette looks awesome, I love the base. Where are the legs from, DE wych or elf corsair maybe?

Trophy looks great, looking forward to seeing more. The Daemonettes are looking good as well, I have a box of those Witch elves to do the same at some point.

thanks, i had my demonettes a while, so getting them built is about time.

 

 

Ohhh the elf witches! Still haven't got to tinker with those, even though I know I should. I have to say that I really like the hair of the last one, the flow and lenght fit the model well.

havent done much to the gair its basically standard just sorted the transition from head to hair.

 

 

Well those daemonettes look brilliant! Very creative work, the parts mesh really well together, looking forward to seeing more!

im working on makeing a whole unit, ill post more as they get ready.

The daemonettes look great Thamier. I am intrigued to see what that base is for. I'm going to hazard a guess at a keeper of secrets? Just because the base matches those on your daemonettes.

The squad looks awesome, I still don't like the GW actual take on daemonettes, but at least yours are dynamic. I'm guessing the base is for some kind of big slaaneshi daemon as you said that it could be a KoS, but didn't respond that it was, so maybe a Slaaneshi Daemon Prince?

Daemonettes...a burning mystery surprise...you are doing a daemon fulgrim conversion!!!

nope , atlest not yet.

 

The squad looks awesome, I still don't like the GW actual take on daemonettes, but at least yours are dynamic. I'm guessing the base is for some kind of big slaaneshi daemon as you said that it could be a KoS, but didn't respond that it was, so maybe a Slaaneshi Daemon Prince?

HOLY **** IT IS MAGNUS THE RED!!! Now I'm REALLY looking forward to see this beast painted by you. I like the arm repose, but with your skill I think you could have made something much more impressive. I mean, the model is great, but he still looks totally Thousand Sons-like, while I think that a Balefire Legion version of Magnus would be much more awesome.

i thought about making him more converted, but i really like the model as is pose and all, so i was fine with just messing with the arm and the feet.

 

so noting too major.

 

 

Intact nipple horns FTW!

hehe, i was unsure how i wanted the armour to look like, not too fond of it, but it would be a major haulover if i was gonna remove all the bird bits from it, and the nipple horns, but its magnus! when ever i see the old artwork magnus just have to have his nipplehorns.
