Hmmm... I guess that green with OSL wouldn't look too good with the base, so maybe just a thin green pupil?

i taken some more pictures, not sure what to with the eyes yet.

 

 

I like it as it is. The Demonette looks really nice. And the black eyes are a great feature, maybe you could just add a really thin green line and a reflection point on the lower part of the black eyeball. Would give it a black mirror-like feature. So leave the eyes black but with a subtle and weak green reflection.

incould glaze the eyes too to make them more glassy, but dont want them to look like the clothes

Damn she looks mean! Really great work, the purple hair still makes her clearly recognisable as slaaneshi, but the green base ties her into the balefire legion.

i have news yesterday at the gaming club we had a bitz swap and things might have gotten overboard a bit.

 

so my plan was to get rid of some bitz and get some more room but......

 

i came home with a big zipbag of extra awsome bitz and um .. pretty much a new army.

 

 

2 ig vehicles a chimera and a chimera veriant with missile racks, 3 forge fiends 2 helldrakes 1 Baneblade! and about 50chaos terminators and some cultists 2 sets of dv chosen and about 50 more csm models .. had to pay a little about half the price of a new helldrake box tough

Wow... That's A LOT of cheap plastic... Enough for you to be busy for a time :P.

 

 

i had a few hours of sleep and now had a chance to look over all of the loot.

 

there wasent nearly as many terminators as i tought it was 17 but i'm very happy with it!

the wargaming community here is absolutely amazing!! before i moved here i never seen anything like it!

 

but the bitz swap event was great there was moving boxes and ppl looking,,/digging and chatting, also others painting as usual and a few playing.

 

i was very tired when i got home been therenthe whole day and in the end imwas barely coherent but happy:)

 

now need to give these new additions some attention chaos baneblade on the list

Fantastic paint scheme for the daemonette, really liking all the colors. Also excited to see what you'll do with all the new stuff you got!

been working on removing the paint on some of them, but its hard work will get back to it later .

 

 

Man that is a lot of good plastic ... bit jealous of the mauler/forge fiends haha ... will be interesting to see what you do with it all! :)

 

can never have too many demon engines!

I like the trophy rack concept, I'm curious to see how you manage to build that...

hehe is that your way of saying you don't like the rest of it?

 

the trophy rack is the easiest part, just need some pinning rods bits for the tips and plasticcards for frame then set in a greenstuff base

The daemonette looks amaxingbsonfar, that OSL is stunning. Great work on the swap meet haul as well :Tu:

Not at all, they simply are more "common", I'm actually a huge fan of robed figures. Also I need to start working with brass rods.

okay, the brass rods are pretty good haven't used them much but i think they are perfect for this

That is insanely cool, the transition from concept art to actual mini is amazing. I'm always amazed at how good you can sculpt small stuff with so much detail, can't wait to see more!

 

thank you! the trick is time, it's doable but it just takes a bit of time to work it back and forth until it's just right.

 

 

 

Awesome work with demonettes, looking forward to seeing the whole pack.

 

This cultist looks interesting...

That cultist is fantastic. I love the overall feel of him. Is there a renegade guard force to accompany your balefire legion? He would be a perfect character model for that.

 

very glad to hear that and these are going to be cultists/and or renegade guardsmen :) atlest that is the plan

Nice work on the bastions, and the recent stuff you did with those witch elf daemonettes is amazing. Great painting, too!
