You know you're a Sisters player when:

You bought (yet) another Seraphim Superior on ebay to make the total of six, even though you only have enough regular Seraphim to make two squads :laugh.: (and what's worse is, I'm watching another one. Even if that one is twice the price of the one you just bought...)

When you watch an ebay lot of 79 Sisters of various models (including a Female Inquisitor) and forget to set a maximum bid to offset the fact that you're at work when the auction ends and find out that it went for far less than it would have cost retail...and pray to the Emperor for forgiveness for missing such a huge opportunity /cries

Well, its not like Seraphim aren't the easiest models in the range to convert to other purposes, lol...

But I keep saying to myself "Are you actually going to field more than two squads?" and the reply from my inner Sister is "That isn't the point!" :laugh.:

I have to say that I'm very surprised at just how much I've taken to my Sisters. They were originally going to be a (welcome) alternative to Post Human Power Armour (Loyalist and Chaotic), but they taken over as my main army now...

The same thing happened to me; I started with them as a second army and got hooked. They're my 'main' now :)

Save the Seraphim Superiors for now... Who knows when we'll be getting new ones!

When you roll your eyes at space marine players complaining about paying so much for only five veterans in a box.

Probably already in the list, but I just filled out two more melta dominion squads from the webstore.

Ouch. I'm about to finish my 10 sister seraphim squad, only $130 total! :biggrin.: FOR THE EMPEROR!

(Also, I'm buying 4 models at $12.25 each, so I win)

We should get bonus VP in game based on the retail prices of our armies.

In 1997, I started with Necrons because I couldn't buy any Sisters anywhere.

In 1999, I started Eldar because the Necrons didn't have a 3e list and I couldn't buy any Sisters anywhere.

In 2004, I stopped playing.

In 1011, I started Sisters. I've dabbled in other armies since, but I get bored of playing them after a couple of months. I've never gotten bored of my Sisters.

You know when you're a Sisters player, when after getting copious amounts of Chocolate from family, that on closer inspection of the Chocolate coins, you notice that two bags have Fleur de Lys on them.

If that isn't a sign, then what is?! :laugh.:

... when you see that, then immediately check your own chocolate coin haul for fleurs.

... and are then crushingly disappointed to realise that the closest you have is a miss-cast thistle.

:sad.:

You know when you're a Sisters player, when, after some much appreciated advice, turn to both BS and the GW page pondering on what models to get next this late at night on Christmas Night/Boxing Day morning...

That and buying a "Mad Donna" Ulanti on ebay to use as a counts-as Jacobus, so that your army remains male free as per the Decree Passive.

Are you going to replace the plasma pistol with a shotgun?

I think I'll leave it there, but make or buy a shotgun to strap to her back :smile.:

When you are chatting with people at the store and they mention another Sisters player in town, and you suddenly you don't know whether to be happy you are not alone or irritated that you're no longer THE Sisters player in town.

You know that you're a Sisters player, when after being given some good advice from other Sister players, spend over two hours racking your brain as to how you can accommodate the changes suggested realise that it can only realistically be done if you buy even more models (totalling around £100 :blink.: ).

But then you realise that you're on exactly 1850 points...

Storm Bolters are like Nougat, they don't count.

I laughed more at this than I'd like to admit...I just have them for different variants of sister slightly.

On a similar note I am currently converting the sister of Sigmar superior into a shotgun toting Jacobus for the same reason. I'm going to nickname her Ursula Jacobus instead :)
