Managed to win every game at the final GW Tenebris Campaign weekend after doing pretty badly at the previous ones I attended.

Impulse bought some last chance to buy world eaters upgrades. So I'm going to do two squads of berzerkers and a lord.

Trying to work out my juggernaut lord conversion. Head is a placeholder. Gravity is for cowards.

ETL cross post.

Bloodletters went very quickly, mostly pure contrast paints except for the nails and metal. I should redo the eyes as yellow at some point.

Will have to try and get better individual bloodcrusher pics.

Karanak WIP. Basically the same deal as the regular hounds with some more blending between snakebite leather and Iyanden yellow on the collar.

Second group of 3 fiends done to my ETL level but still need more work on the gems and other details.

Well in retrospect this years ETL was quite a journey.

Final vow finished pics:

Worked out a better way of painting the bases while doing these so I'll have to go back and redo the others which just don't look right.

Got some left over basing from ETL out of the way.

So that's 15 flesh hounds and 20 daemonettes all based. Just Karanak left from ETL to base at some point. Next for this thread will be the Khorne Berserkers and a few plague marine reinforcements.

Making a Night Lords patrol to fight alongside a unit of Warp Talons I bought for my Khorne list for the London GT Narrative event before that got moved.

I painted a Dark Vengeance chosen as a test Night Lord a while ago so now he's getting to be a unit champion for the patrol's troop slot.

I converted finecast Astorath into a Night Lords chaos lord when the model came out but he got knocked off a shelf and broken. Now that I'm actually going to have a small warband I need to revamp him.

Lots of actual Night Lord logs seem to be posing recently.

Tested my only blue contrast paint (oddly named akhelian green), was the wrong colour but kind of worked as a dark shade over Macragge blue so I'll go with that since I don't want to buy a real dark blue

Trying to go for a second edition 'eavy metal look. No where near there. Gold is currently Liberator Gold with athonian camoshade, might try more washes over that later. Gold on the flamer is contrast snakebite leather over Liberator Gold.

In my mind fast attack focused Night Lords need bike squads not just jump infantry so here's one I'm trying to convert to be turning.

Magnetised a forgefiend I bought to use the gatling guns on another project. I have a Lord Discordant I bought at the same time but he's just undercoated.

Got my unbuilt Venom Crawlers undercoated to go with it.

Posted some Be'lakor pics in another thread.

Apparently my camera can't focus on an object of exactly this size.

Sculpt wise reminds me a lot of the ForgeWorld Carmine Dragon which is a good thing. Very easy to drybrush except for some of the more rounded sections of muscle which I'll have to go over with a detail brush.
