Gosh, I get home from work and there are no Xenos left?! Well done, brothers!

I put a placeholder up mostly not to have a recap the end of the fight in the next narrative as a wall of text. Looking forward to meet that Carnifex Horde !

Nine - your stuff is so good, mine is like a trashy tabloid compared to it.  Masterful sir.

Thanks Mazer, I love this group and this game, it's forced me to write nearly every day.

I mean, if you guys wanted a pet i could have given you a servo skull...

But she can shoot... also she would be better at dealing with mortals... And Tyber trusts her more than our Interrogator....

Heck if need be, I'll take the follower talent CM.... (starts on page 105 of First Founding)... it could be interesting to have an Equerry....

If the esteemed brothers want to keep their pet guardsmen - can Sabaan get the ServoSkull instead? I promise he will polish it and take it for walk twice a day. ;)

Bonus points if you make it yourself using the Commissars skull; mainly because he wasnt given a formal discharge and would technically still be in service to the emperor while dead.

Ahh I can just see CM coming back to this thread, reading the last few posts, and spitting up some tea...:biggrin.:

Trust players to never do what you expect.:whistling:

That is an epic idea! I would just love that if I was still capable of such such baseline human emotions ;)

Right. I wasn't expecting this either.

Good grief, chaps.

I was going to leave it with just the informal awarding of an honour, but with MR going the direction he's headed with her, Tyber's going to follow his lead.

Look, if she has any medical training, Im not saying I will fight yall for her (since a mortal able to provide medical aide to Astartes in combat situations where the Apothecary might be busy would be nice)....

....but I will.

The odds of a lowly naval guard having the skills to aid an Astartes are pretty slim IMO. Like running into a cop who happens to be a brain surgeon...

The poor thing is probably out of her mind right now. Fighting a Horde of Tyranids first, then getting smeared with it's blood, thrown the freshly skinned skull of a ting the size of a big dog while the other giants scavenge her dead comrades for trophies....if she doesn't shot herself in the head in the next couple of days she is blessed indeed....

And you people think the Iron Hands treat their bondsmen cruelly!

And while I still personally love the idea of the ServoSkull née Commissar. I actually do not think Sabaan would consider using some guy carved apart by just a couple of Tyranids. But I am sure keeping this in mind....

I mean, if she's got an aptitude for learning, she might be fine under constant supervision and/or "DO THIS THING NOW"

Post Edited; RNGesus decided that I was only really good at healing Blood Angels and their descendants apparently :<

I don't think there's anything to repair so it was more of a narrative thing when I suggested it. :)

Also, my last post no doubt came across as being more critical than wanted so I amended it. Sorry about that, folks.

Okay, managed to get something up, I might tweak it more later... I'm mostly happy with it, I think....

Seems like we've got some of our first real tension brought on by different chapter beliefs.

Didn't' expect you guys go for another episode of Legion Wars so quickly

Just goes to show you are waaaaaay to invested in that poor mortal ;)

;) she could be a useful tool as far as Tyber is concerned... more useful than the interrogator.

Will our heroes come to a sticky end, will common sense prevail and what does the poor mortal think of it?

Who knows?  Find out tomorrow in the next exciting episode of:

Legion Wars! :HQ:

I really want to post...but....as our Sergeant wills it. :wink.:
